Shipping policy

We understand that timely delivery is crucial when it comes to your order. That's why we've streamlined our shipping process to ensure efficiency and reliability every step of the way. Nugevity uses traceable carriers such as UPS or Priority USPS.

PROCESSING TIME: Orders are typically processed for shipment within 1-2 days of receipt, with the exception of weekends and federal holidays.  If your order is placed on a Friday, it will typically ship out on Monday of the following week. You will receive an email notification containing your tracking number as soon as the order is dispatched.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Within the U.S., we offer two convenient shipping options to suit your needs: Standard and Express.

With our Standard option, you can typically expect your order to arrive within 3 to 5 business days from the date of shipment. It's a reliable, cost-effective choice when you aren't in a rush to receive your shipment.

With Express, your items will typically arrive within 2 business days from date of shipment.

Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska may require additional transit time.
